2021 Cimento Cabernet Sauvignon

San Tommaso Estate Vineyard | The Rocks District

Coming from a single vineyard in the Rocks region of the Walla Walla Valley and vines planted in 1998, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Stone Valley has a classic Rocks style in its gamey cassis and darker currant fruit as well as notes of graphite, spicy oak, and sappy herbs, with some background meaty and iron-like nuances. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, has a pure, elegant mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and beautiful balance. This spicy, complex, layered, and just incredibly satisfying effort will continue to drink nicely for 15-20 years. - Jeb Dunnuck
